Our family house
Our house is ideal for families or groups from 6 to 10 persons. It is located in a calm place, 2 km away from Längenfeld, and only 15 km from Sölden, the famous ski resort in the Otztal Valley. Stop for free ski bus right in front of the house. The brand new “Aqua-Dome” water-paradise is only 5 driving minutes away.
Description
Our house can comfortably welcome 6 to 10 persons.
This house has 140 m² with 6 comfortably furnished bedrooms (3 double rooms, 2 rooms with multiple beds, 1 single room), 1 bathrooms, 2 shower rooms (one with a pissoir) and 3 toilets.
The build-in kitchen contains a dish washer, a large fridge with a freezer, electric stove, water heater, microwave, double coffee machine and private washing machine.
Our typical Tirolean living-room welcomes you with satellite-TV, and “Tiroler Bauernofen” (build-in fireplace, daily fired in winter).
The private parking garage is about 65 m² and our cosy small garden in front of the cottage is often used in summer for having a nice barbecue.
